The Gifted and Talented Association of Montgomery County has released a white paper entitled "Questions for Montgomery County Education Decisionmakers" in preparation for the upcoming March 22 Superintendent's Community Forum on Gifted Education. Gifted and talented students, like all students, need to be challenged and need to learn something new every day if they are to reach their full potential.
